## Legacy API — sunsets June 1, 2027

This page documents the original mailfloss API, which is being retired on **June 1, 2027**. New integrations should use the [v1 API](https://developers.mailfloss.com/quickstart).

The API is rate-limited to a maximum of **50** requests per minute. As you integrate the mailfloss API, ensure your application does not exceed this limit. You can check the response headers to see your rate limit remaining.

You can have at most **10** bulk email verification sessions at any given time.
